Every business is different and there are lots of ways of motivating staff from office juniors to senior managers. A company pension scheme is a great way of doing this.

From 1st October 2012, the government is introducing Auto-enrolment for pensions. This means that all eligible employees will automatically become members of a qualifying pension scheme, with a high enough level of contribution.

What it means is that:
If you don’t already have a scheme – you’ll need to set one up
If you already have a scheme – you’ll need to change it
